Stratos lathes like the KS Stratos XL and the Stratos FU-230 are perfect for crafting large objects and parts, like bowls or furniture components. Stratos lathes are versatile, meaning they can also be used for smaller woodturning projects.
Twister lathes are designed for quicker, smaller decorative projects and the making of parts such as drawer handles, as they offer rapid cycling and quick setup. Their main uses are polishing, deburring and crafting of small parts, using handheld tools.
