CBN disc with aluminum flange and pre- mounted.

Very good quality , and smooth running due to the robust construction.

The low speed prevents the steel from annealing during grinding.

Particularly suitable for turning tools. The large disc diameter and 40mm width ensure an ideal grinding angle.

The white wheel is 180G and good for general grinding and also good for raising a burr in scrapers and negative rake tools.

CBN wheels are suitable for all HSS and HSS Cryo woodturning tools.

Most grinding I find is done on the CBN wheel but I do find the white very useful for negative rake and ordinary scrapers as the white wheel tends to lift more of a cutting burr.
