These clamping washers are used in conjunction with a conventional chuck and clamping jaw (not included). The clamping discs LSC-300 fit into a 50 mm clamping jaw, the clamping discs LSC-400 and LSC-500 fit into common 130 mm clamping jaws.

The clamping discs are clamped in the chuck and can be adjusted to the respective workpiece size using the adjustment mechanism. The retaining pins adapt very well to the workpiece radius (see pictures).

Ideal for small rework and careful removal of the recess on a finished workpiece.

Notice:

Not suitable for processing or turning "raw" workpieces! Max. rotation speed 500 rpm!

Clamping range*:

• Inside: approx. 100 - 250 mm
• Outside: approx. 150 - 280 mm

*Depending on the chuck & jaws used. A suitable shape of the workpiece is a prerequisite, especially for spreading!
