Movable and magnetic, the control box features a

2M reach and forward and reverse.

New spindle head design.

The new Midi 2 head means you can easily change the belts via easy front access.  The cover plate also has a viewing window to see the 24 index numbers.  The Midi 2 now has a wider range as well as a wider more powerful Poly-V belt system.

New headstock design.

The tail stock now has a fantastic 100mm quill stroke. Less like a small or midi lathe and more like its bigger brother the twister 180 and Stratos 230.

The measuring scale on the quill enables very precise drilling. It also boosts an extremely strong trapezoidal thread also like the more professional lathes in the range.
